In our last news piece, we spoke about the importance of going beyond just simply measuring customer experience to having a program in place to ensure that actions are taken. Following this seemed like a good time to introduce Alex from Outside:In Consulting.

He is one of the best I have met at taking customer feedback and insights to develop and embed strategies and change management through the business to achieve results. We have worked on several projects in recent times, with great success as our skills are very complimentary. My focus is firmly on customer experience research and insights, providing the right tools for consultants like Alex to work their magic.
